You may use TimeCay in guest mode without creating an account. When using guest mode, your data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

In guest mode, all your data including countdown events, dates, and personal information is stored locally in your browser's local storage. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to our servers when using guest mode.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TimeCay only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
